Dr. Christopher Ng, MD

I went here many years ago. My father did as well and was brushed off, later on he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Asked for my blood type and told i didn't need go to know it unless i was pregnant. Went another time and he insisted i had allergies which i stated i did (went to an ent and needed surgery). Went another time and pretty sure i had strep throat. He dismissed me and didnt even take a swab to rule it out He regularly dismisses patients concerns and doesnt spend more than 2 mins in the room. Thankfully i have since found a great doctor, i wouldnt see him again even if it was my only option

Does not take time to accurately assess each patient, very quick appointment even when prescribing psychiatric drugs. I accidentally missed a $50 copayment and had recently moved to a new address forgetting that I had seen a notice of this missed payment. Rather than calling me, Dr.Ng's office decided to go to an IRR collection agency that did not appear legitimate based on their insecure website and reviews stating it was fake. My credit score was lowered by 128 points and I had to pay an extra $50 because they did not take the time to call and tell me I had an outstanding payment. My credit score was near perfect before this as I am not the type to miss payments. Does not care about patients, just the number of insured patients he has to bill for. I am also a healthcare provider and have seen this type before. Will not be returning.

I think Dr.Ng is a great provider. He listens to his patients and takes time to answer all questions.

I will not be recommending Dr. Ng at all. Went in for a routine physical and a few other aliments. He did not listen to my heart or my lungs nor did he look in my ears. In fact they only took my BP and weight. Felt as if I was talked down to.

I've been going here awhile mostly for updated blood work. Not very personable staff, I spent about 6 minutes in the room before the doctor has said ok see you in 6 months. EVERY time I go to the lab the script isn't there to the point of being there

Abrupt, condescending, and in my opinion a rude. Also, does not listen or answer questions or concerns.

My husband had late stage Lyme disease and Dr. Ng. Failed to test my husband when he had all the signs. My husband initially had a bullseye in 2013 and Dr. Ng ordered blood work which turned up negative during the incubation period but failed to retest my husband even when he had all the signs, including Bell's palsy and swollen hip and joints over the next 2 years. When he finally retested October 2015, he was positive for late stage Lyme disease causing cerebral meningitis.

Very good. Great guy.
