Takes time with patient. Careful in treatment with good follow up. My prescriptions helped to heal an infection. The follow up made me comfortable.

My experience with Dr. Normil has been nothing but A+. He has gotten me through many unusual medical situations. He was highly recommended to me 20 years ago and at no time did I think of changing my primary care doctor. When he opens a practice again, I highly recommend for those individuals seeking an excellent doctor to give Dr. Normile's office a call. Clara

I have been seeing Dr Normille for years along with my now grown boys. He has been the best doctor I have ever had in my 61 years. He sincerely cares about his patients and has gone out of his way to take care of me and my boys. Even my husband changed over to him once he saw how he cared for me during a head injury back in 2012. I had my next appointment on Aug 15 which I got a message from Mercy clinic saying it has been canceled. I have left messages at the office with no response and I noticed his name was taken off the list of doctors. I do hope after reading the reviews that we will be contacted once he has his new office set up.

Dr. Normile has been my Dr. for 25 years. He is wonderful, kind and caring. He listens to my concerns and never rushes me during appointments. He will hopefully be starting his new practice soon. Mercy let go many Doctors due to COVID and other issues within their organization. I know I will follow him wherever he goes.

Went there for a regular checkup! After one hour of waiting had to leave, because the "GREAT" dr. Normile did not show up! Staff is helpless and do not know what they are doing! No manager on duty - "She left." Do not waste your time! Find yourself a real Doctor!

Dr. Normile sat down with me and really heard what I was saying. He did a good job explaining what he thought we should do and why, and gave thoughtful answers when I had any questions. I felt like he really cared about me and my health. Very happy to have found Dr. Normile!
