I had lower eyelid surgery which came out well. I also had upper eyelid surgery to resolve ptosis and remove excess saggy skin. I don't think he removed enough tissue and explained I may need a revision; in addition, the cuts do not appear symmetrical between the 2 eyes. Would not recommend for eye plastic surgery.

Results disappointing. Reduction and asymmetry needed. NO reduction and now lopsided after a year and no sensation on one breast. Arrogant and removed me from the practice because I was un happy.

I couldn’t have been more disappointed with my final results. I had a mastectomy in 2013 & Dr Pellegrino replaced my worldwide recalled implants, which required a Complete Capsulectomy & replacing my implants in September 2019. The final outcome left me with my left breast literally below the breast fold, therefore partially in my upper stomach area. We agreed prior to surgery that he would put in alederm to help hold up the implants & he unilaterally decided not to. The bottom line left me with the loss of my left breast fold & uneven breast. I couldn’t even wear a bra. He told me I should be ok with the results. When I told him I was far from ok he referred me to another plastic surgeon. Maybe he should have told me upfront that he wasn’t qualified to do this type of surgery.

The visit went well. Everything was great until I said the procedure was covered by my insurance. Never heard from his office again. It's sad that he's only concerned with money and not helping his patient's livelihood.

Dr. Pellegrino is a great doctor. I had an excellent experience.

Office staff is very friendly. I had some post-op complications (not related to what Dr Pelligrino did) & everyone has been so friendly & helpful. I have zero regrets regarding my surgery & would absolutely have Dr Pelligrino perform other procedures for me as needed.

I went for a follow-up to finger amputation, and they are beautiful! Scars are smooth and discreet on palm of hand. The back side is perfect- no swelling, no disfigurement, no scarring. The expertise in this his office is superseded only by their loving care!

I would recommend Doctor Pellegrino to family and friends. He is professional caring honest and there are not many doctors that are like him anywhere. I enjoy going to his office talking to him and his staff. They are so kind but they’re also very honest and caring and that’s the most important thing that a patient is looking for. He does excellent work I had Tummy tuck and face lift and I look great. Took 20 years of my life maybe even more.

Moves through visits with BOTH speed and thoroughness. Takes time to answer questions, reveal options and explain in enough detail for patient to make a wise decision.

Dr. Pellegrino and his associates exceeded my expectations. I was nervous for my procedure and they made me feel completely comfortable. Outstanding job by everyone there!

He was the only health professional who knew what to do.

Late Friday afternoon, badly cut my finger and called Dr Pellegrino's office for an emergency visit and got me in 15' later. He sewed me up and 2 weeks later is healing well. Thanks Dr Pellegrino.

I was very pleased with my visit. Everyone was very nice. Dr. Pellegrino was very gentle and explained every detail of what he was going to do. I should have gone alot sooner to have this done! I would recommend anyone to Peninsula Plastic Surgery.

Dr Pellegrino and his staff are always attentive to my needs. Very comforting atmosphere.

Dr. Pellegrino went above and beyond to help me. As a last resort, I dropped by the office to see whether anyone could remove a pierced earring with a back that was stuck. I can laugh about it now, partly due to the outstanding effort of Dr. Pellegrino.

Wonderful experience with staff and Dr Pellegrino. Staff is happy, welcoming and professional. Dr Pellegrino is straight forward and honest with his thoughts on procedures as they related to my face and the outcome I was looking for.

The receptionist were very friendly and courteous but honestly...Dr. Pellegrino could work on his people skills. I’ve never had to doctor make no attempt to shake my hand and to be quite frank it felt like I was not wanted in that establishment. Any time an individual states that I may have to go another surgeon for a cyst removal you should take heed to those comments

I will have to agree with the other low star reviews in saying that he was very rushed and I felt like an inconvenience. My body metabolized the lip injections within less than two weeks and cost over $500!!! I was so disappointed so I was set up with Dr. Pellegrino who basically did absolutely nothing and made me make a trip for an appointment with no improvement. Nurse and front desk staff very nice and helpful! If situation changes or improvements are made to my lips, I will edit my review.
