five star rating for Dr Puca and office staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Puca's for greater than five years. I am a retired ED nurse and able to evaluate his office and staff. The staff is very responsive, messages are passed on in a timely manner. They are always polite and help to the best of their ability. Dr. Puca is first rate. He takes my issues respectively and shows great ability as a physician. I am seventy five and as we age our issues become more complex. Dr Puca's practice is up to date and he really cares for patients under his care, as a whole, mind, body, and soul. I am lucky to have found such a good fit with the Dr. and his staff.

I have been seeing Dr Puca and Dottie for many years. My medical issues are many and complex. They are also willing to listen to me and refer me to the necessary medical care and testing. I would highly recommend this practice. The saddest day will be when they retire.

I am very pleased to have the opportunity to rate this provider! Dr. Puca is a the best physician that I have had the pleasure to receive care from. His care is exemplary in a number of ways: 1) knowledge of various illnesses and how they inter-connect; 2) integration of standard medical applications (e.g, medications, procedures) as well as suggestions to the patient for ways that they can be active in managing/improving their health; 3) patience and willingness to answer questions and explain complex medical information in a way that can be understood; 4) a clear attitude of kindness, genuine care and respect for the patient. At a time when I am experiencing complex medical issues, I feel very blessed to have “found” Dr. Puca. He is a bright gem and an honor to his profession.

I am a prior patient of Dr. Puca from his time at CHP Rego Park, NY. I was cleaning out an old medical file and came across his letter he sent to his patients before he left. I just wanted to thank Dr. Puca for his treatment of my ulcer, it never returned. He is truly a wonderful Dr. with a great knowledge of the humaan body.

Dr. Puca is simply an amazing clinician. Not only is he up to date on guidelines, but he has excellent bedside manners. In fact, I'm a physician myself and I can say without any hesitation that I wish Dr. Puca would teach medical students. Medical students and physicians like myself can certainly learn a lot from his medical knowledge and excellent bedside manners. His patients are indeed very lucky to have him. Dr Puca took care of my mother and she is VERY happy and feels lucky to have him.

Christopher Puca is one of the most caring doctors I have ever experienced. His staff is friendly and helpful. And he is very willing to work with other doctors and practitioners. He has a somewhat holistic approach and is open to patients exploring alternatives and makes himself familiar with those options.

I thought bedside manner was a thing of the past. So not true with Dr. Puca! I had my first visit with him this week and absolutely love him! Happy my daughter will also be seeing him. Dr. Puca is very personable and knowledgeable. He explains all of your options and wants you to be informed. Never cuts you off when you have questions or are explaining things to him. Thank you, Dr Puca.

He is an extremely caring, compassionate, and understanding man. He is a rare breed that is not found much in this country. He really seems to be interested in his patients. He listens well and allows you to be involved in your decision making. He is matched only by his NP Dottie, who is equally as good. If you are looking for an awesome professional caring dr then he and his staff are for you. It was a lot of initial paperwork and timely to get to see him but well worth it.
