Dr. Christopher Ruffini, MD

He saved my husband’s life, John was in need of a liver transplant and Dr Ruffini sent him to the best. If it wasn’t for him, Christiana physicians was ready to put him in a coffin. Einstein hospital is the best for a liver transplant. I’ve known Dr Ruffini for twenty years, the best.

I am a doctor myself, and choose Dr. Ruffini for a GI problem, hoping to get new insight and a second opinion. My appt was for 3pm. Someone called the morning of my afternoon appt and said no, your appt was 3:30p, and repeated it again at the end of our conversation; make sure you're there exactly at 3:00p! My wife heard the conversation also. It was an hour drive to their office. When we got there, the nurse came out into the hallway and said you're late, and Dr. Ruffini is at the hospital doing rounds. My wife and I were enraged! I told her about the call from their office, she went back and confirmed with the caller she said 3pm, not 3:30pm, and called me a liar. I will never see a doc again with this lack of professionalism and a rogue crew running his office. Never Again!

I wish he was an internist. He’s probably one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He is very kind and thorough. Excellent bedside manner. Moving from New Jersey to Maryland it was hard doing the transition with doctors. I loved my doctors in New Jersey. I have been seeing Dr Ruffini for nine years now. He goes over everything in detail and is a true gentlemen!! Highly recommend him as a gastroenterologist !!

Woman on office staff treated my wife, the patient, with disrespect. This woman was barking orders to my wife and even others on the staff and shouldn't be in contact with patients. No one should have to endure this woman. My doctor is Dr. Myerson but I am leaving Mid-Atlantic GI Consultants because the doctor's all use the same staff in this office.

Have been dealing with Dr Ruffini (or he us) for close to 20 years. Had it not been for him, I wouldn't have the 3 beautiful sons I currently have, Dr Ruffini diagnosed and had treated their dad for cancer that was very close to being spread throughtout his body. I count my blessings as does the members of our family to have a doctor who cares so much about his patients and their families,
