I went to Dr. Christopher Saunders to seek his opinion as to what, if anything, could be done for what I believe to be a failed scar revision surgery. I wish I had known about Dr. Saunders before I had the scar revision because, in all likelihood, I would Not be experiencing the discomfort and pain I still have months after the original procedure.

Was referred to Dr. Saunders for breast augmentation and he didn’t disappoint. He has so much information for you to read and watch before you even have your consultation. He really took the time to help me pick a breast size that would work for me and my body. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the care I received during this period. Dr. Saunders is an excellent surgeon. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Within the first 5 minutes of my initial consultation for a tummy-tuck 8 years ago, I knew he was the surgeon for me. October surgeries performed by Dr. Saunders were quite successful: Upper & lower eyes, face & neck lift. Dr. Saunders is extremely professional and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations. I have been going to Dr. Saunders’ Med Spa for years. I had a breast reduction/lift 17 years ago in which I was very happy for many years. With aging and weight loss the past 1+ year, I became increasingly self-conscious about my small breasts. I had no idea where to begin. Dr. Saunders was very confident that I needed just an augmentation and knew immediately what size would look perfect for me. From the initial consult, he made a very good impression on me. He spent a good length of time talking to me about the surgery and went through a book he had written and shared several pictures of what I would look like. I also loved how he gives out “homework” to make sure his patients are well prepared for surgery snd know exactly what to expect. His bedside manner is so impressive, it almost surpasses his excellence as a surgeon. I am now two weeks post-op and have been so incredibly happy since immediately following the surgery. I cannot believe the difference in how I look~ I’m thrilled!

I met with Dr Saunders and committed to have a tummy tuck. Because I lost 100 lbs, I struggled with having excess skin above and below my stomach. No matter what exercises I did and social media trends I tried, it stayed. Dr. Saunders took care of exactly what needed to be done. I’m very satisfied with the scarring being minimal. With removing 5 lbs worth of skin as a result of my tummy tuck, but those 5 lbs were a big time heavy bolder on my confidence. Dr Saunders changed my life for the better. I am finally learning how to love myself, and finally live the life I’ve always wanted for myself.

I had a neck lift and upper blepharoplasty in the year of COVID-19, so had to wait three months after my originally scheduled date. Dr. Saunders is WORTH WAITING FOR. Excellence in all areas: bedside manner, thorough explanation, attention to detail, and a perfectionist regarding his work, for which I am so grateful. He prepared me regarding expectations noting that people want 100% perfect but that 80% was a more realistic outcome. This is good counseling, because I know the perceived difference between 80% and 100% is negligible to the untrained eye. I am three months out as of this writing and am 100% satisfied. Will go back for something else if I find I'm bothered enough! He and his entire staff are excellent. So glad I did my research and selected his services.

Dr. Saunders is a wonderfully skilled and talented surgeon. He is thorough and a perfectionist. He, as well as all the nurses and staff in his office, are welcoming, friendly and considerate. Five years ago he did my upper and lower eyes and then later did a facial fat transfer. Both procedures had excellent results. A month ago Dr. Saunders did my full abdominoplasty with liposuction with an incredibly natural outcome. No kidding, some extra stubborn weight and sagging skin are gone and my mid-section is tight and looks 30 years younger! I certainly recommend Dr. Saunders to others. I will continue to go to the Med-Spa for their services and go to him for any future surgeries.

Dr Saunders removed my 400cc saline implants and replaced them with 700cc silicone. He had to fix the pocket on one of them. He was 1 of 3 surgeons I consulted and the other two had very different procedure plans for me. I went with Saunders. SO GLAD I DID! The other two, I can now seem just wanted to create more “necessary” procedures to fix my breasts and upsize them. Chris’s approach was much less drastic and the results are FAR BETTER than I could have imagined. My breasts are perfect. They are gorgeous. The other guys wanted to do a lift and add a tissue matrix,... very extensive and lots of potential scars. Chris assured me “you do NOT need any of that. Trust me, I have fixed this before, many, many times.” He was right. I didn’t need any of that extra surgery. My breasts look phenomenal. Im So glad I went with him. Do yourself a favor and go with Chris. He even held my hand before I went under anesthesia. Super friendly, pays close attention to detail, didn’t rush my surgery.

Dr. Saunders is an excellent surgeon and physician. He is extremely thorough and professional and provides extensive post op followup and care that expands more than a year after surgery. His staff at the Chadds Ford office is top notch as well as that facility. I highly recommend him.

I would recommend Dr. Saunders for those considering any Breast surgery. After 30 years of implants, I decided to have them removed. He does a complete removal of the scar tissue and implant so as to address any possible subclinical infection. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. He is very knowledgeable, personable and supportive. He is passionate about his work and cares about the outcome. (You will need to be well informed about what your insurance covers or does not cover however.)

He's the best. I have complete trust in him and highly recommend him.

Completely botched my surgery. Never apologized. Never took responsibility for what went wrong, rather put the blame on ME. Not quite sure where he got that from. I know other people have had good luck with him but for me, having him do my surgery was a waste of time and money. Now I have to pay a plastic surgeon to fix me!
