Dr. Schwartz and his staff were all very comforting and caring . They explained everything. From the time I entered the office, taken back for the procedure, before the procedure and after! They made me feel very safe and comfortable . I would highly recommend Wake Endoscopy.

My primary care office suggested I call RMG when I could not get a GI appointment at Duke for several months. RMG found me an appointment with Dr. Schwartz in a timely manner. He is compassionate, a careful listener, very smart, practical, kind and helpful. He assessed my history and symptoms, recommended a procedure, offered suggestions for immediate symptom relief. I left the initial appointment confident of the plan of care. The procedure subsequently followed, and I am right on track. I am so very glad that this practice was suggested to me, and that I was directed to Dr. Schwartz. He is a wonderful doctor, and his PA and staff are all terrific as well. Highly recommend.

I had a Endoscopy today.The Schwartz is out stai.Everyone one at the Raleigh center was outstanding.

Dr. Schwarz showed concern and understanding. Prior to my procedure he spoke with me making it clear, to me, he reviewed my chart and explained the technical details in a clear manner in which I understood! I’m thankful that Dr. Schwarz and his team took my healthcare serious.

I appreciated that he was familiar with my history and spent a few minutes talking to me about the results. The practice was well organized and everyone was very nice and helpful.

His office keeps me up to date with my Colonoscopies by sending reminders. He is kind and I am thankful for his care through the years.

Sorry for your experience. I have always found him very professional and caring. I came to him because another Dr. treated me just as you voiced in your comments. However, Dr. Schwarz has been excellent.

Best doctor ever . Had an upper endoscopy and the procedure went well . All his staff was professional and very nice . Was asleep through the whole procedure and no issues when awakened.

Does not listen to patients' feedback, requests, or problems. (after all, we are "just patients") I believe he downgrades women's report of pain. Does not follow through in a timely manner.

I can’t compliment this medical group and Dr. Scwarz highly enough. I met with a PA for a few visits to try to determine what was wrong with me but she recommended a colonoscopy since my symptoms were not being relieved by what was being prescribed. Dr schwarz performed my colonoscopy and determined immediately that it was colorectal cancer. He was so kind and compassionate when he had to tell me this bad news. And all of the nurses and techs were so kind and compassionate too. Highly recommend!

Simply exceptional service today for a procedure I was not excited about. I will be much less stressed next time.

Dr Schwarz is a wonderful and caring doctor. He makes you feel so at ease when you go see him and when you have to have a procedure. He has a great bed side manner and he is a doctor that spends a lot of time with you and works hard to find out what is going on. He has been my doctor for several years and has always been there for me when I need him. He has a wonderful caring staff and it is such a pleasure to go to him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do in caring for me.

The entire experience at RMG Gastroenterology was a pleasant one. Everyone at the office is extremely nice and helpful. You feel like you are at home. My pre-op nurse (Gloria) was a good as you could ask for. She made me feel important and she took extra time to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Schwarz was very courteous and professional. This was my second trip to the office and I have recommended everyone I know that they should use Dr. Schwarz and his staff. Thanks so much!

Professional and caring staff

He rushes through and doesn't read your chart. I was prescribed a drug, which I knew I couldn't tolerate. I wrote it on the chart. He didn't diagnose but guessed and prescribed an expensive and potentially dangerous drug.

Beware... Dr. Schwarz is a good doctor. However, Raleigh Medical Group does a very poor job of informing the patient of the cost of your procedure. They do not review full cost with you before putting you under. Their only interest is to do your procedure and get you out if there. All other medical businesses feel responsible to completely inform you before the procedure. This group does Not. I hold the doctors responsible for this poor business model. Ask for another provider. Beware.
