He packs them in and make them wait for hours no respect two times now I had to sit and walked out I will find someone else

Avoid this doctor. Absolutely ruined my life, admitted surgical error in operative report: 'Somehow missed second injury'., which was advised to him prior to beginning the procedure via MRI report. Left me bleeding internally, hematoma resulted due to his admitted negligence requiring 2 more procedures, excessive scarring now permanent injury. Absolute fact documented in medical record.

Inept Office Staff - Stay far away!
Dr. Vendryes prescribed a Rx for me and my insurance needed information from the doctor in order to make an exception for that drug. I spent over 2 weeks on the phone with both my insurance and Dr Vendryes' office staff trying to get the paperwork done. BC faxed the paperwork to his office and re-faxed again at my request and the office NEVER FILLED OUT NOR RETURNED THE PAPERWORK to my insurance company. I finally decided not to beat my head against a wall anymore and I went to my General Doctor. He gave me the Rx and his office completed the paperwork within minutes and I had my Rx waiting for me at my pharmacy the very next day!I do not recommend this Doctor because of his incompetent office staff!

In the middle of dealing with Covid19, I was very disappointed on Friday when I attempted to make my 97 year old mother a TeleMed 6 month follow-up appointment instead of in office visit. The office manager claimed it was due to insurance purposes. Very interesting since we had a TeleMed follow visit with my mothers gastroenterologist last week. With no Insurance issue creating by that appointment.

Had emergency kidney stone surgery and Dr. Vendryes came highly recommended by the on call physician in the ER. I needed to have emergency surgery and I met and spoke with him for 2 minutes before being rolled into the OR. After surgery, nothing was explained to me as to what had been done in my procedure. Very poor communication skills and the follow-up was done by his associates. All of which, couldn’t give me a definitive answer. In fact, they told me to seek medical advice from my normal urologist even through they did the procedure. Needless to say, I would not recommend this doctor and or group. It seems like patient care/communication would behoove this group as they lack these skills tremendously.

I am very grateful to Dr. Vendryes and his staff for the excellent care they provide. They are attentive, courteous, and prompt in following up with questions. While there may be an occasional wait past appointment times, it is due to the fact he spends quality time with his patients and addresses their questions. I highly recommend him as a urologist.
