didn't get to see dr. staff bypassed me for two hrs, canceled , and left dr office. when my wife and I arrived I signed wrong list at 10:00am, resigned correct list at 10:20, 11:20 a.m. staff had not process my wifes paper work to see dr.

Dr. Christopher York is absolutely the most caring competent physician I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by. He has treated me for throat cancer since early 2020, when Covid was on the rise. I still see him to this day for follow ups. His bedside manner is the best. He takes time to listen and explain everything. If you’re or any family or friends are in need of an ENT physician, Dr. Christopher York is the one you want taking care of you. Without question he is the best.

Dr. York is a wonderful doctor; however, I am frustrated with his staff. I have left phone messages that were never returned. I was told a report would be uploaded to my patient portal and it was not. Finally, I drove to the office to get a copy of the report. Currently I am still waiting to learn if a prescription was sent to a provider for sleep apnea equipment. It has been two weeks.

Today I arrived for my appointment with Dr. York to find out his staff had changed dates. I was not informed of the change. Cost me a trip to San Antonio, in the rain. Found my appointment notification in my email inbox and, sure enough, it was scheduled for today. Was not a surprise since his staff failed to make a necessary referral to another specialist. I called his office over six weeks trying to get them to make the promised referral leaving messages each time and never getting a call back. I did manage to speak to his staff once and was told the referral would be made as soon as our call ended. They never did. I spoke with the specialist several times who finally urged me to make the referral through my Primary Care physician and I did. So today was the final insult. To show up for my appointment only to be told it was scheduled for tomorrow. He's seemingly a good Doctor, but his staff is the worst.

Dr York was the attending Dr for my mom who was admitted to the hospital bleeding in her neck. She had to be intubated almost immediately bc she wasn't able to breathe. I made it there and was asked to wait for the Dr to come to explain things to me. I only waited a couple of minutes before he came out. He was very personable and listened. Also, explained what might be going on. He continued to keep in contact with me, even during the surgery the next day, and thru out the week while she was on a ventilator. Very caring and informative the whole time. He's a caring, wonderful Dr and would recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT.

They don’t come any better than Dr. Christopher York. He is very attentive and caring. He puts his patients first. He listens and explains in a very comprehensive way. I am extremely lucky to have him in my corner helping in my fight against throat cancer. My admiration and trust could not be any higher for Dr. York....!

Quick appointment and spent less than 5 minutes waiting. He is very personable and friendly. I actually enjoyed my visit!

The negative reviews are accurate. I sat in a patient room for 45 minutes waiting for a Dr. York without a sign ... or even a courtesy check in from his staff . I eventually just got up and left to go to work... only to receive a phone call 30 minutes later at work asking me if I had gone to the bathroom or left the building. I told them I was in fact a work.... and that I was it was unacceptable. I was however offered a free visit to redo the same nightmare at a later time like that helps. 100% worst office visit I’ve had in my life!!! I know that’s a heavy statement... but my wife and serval of our close friends are physician’s and we all know there are certain type of practices that are just disgraceful because they can get away with it. This is that practice. Stay away!!!

Dr. York was the ENT specialist who assisted my anesthesiologist in my intubation. I have a difficult airway and he is the first one to be able to insert a tube into my airway so that I could have general anesthesia. I am very grateful to have found him. He is kind, listens to his patients, and takes their concerns seriously. I recommend him highly.

He was help and very knowledgeable his staff was great also!

Dr. York exceeded my expectations of what an ENT should be. My mom was able to express her concerns in her native tongue and Dr. York communicated very well in Spanish with her. He took time attending my mother's need. Great doctor!

He is young, but a very good doctor. I went with him because he graduated top in his medical class. In my book that says something. Most doctors I have seen probably graduated at the bottom. He did a good clean job on surgery as well. Now it took a whole month to get someone to call me back for surgery. I even had to get higher management involved. Scheduling was a total nightmare.
