Unprofessional in the way he acts.
Telehealth
Had my second visit with him today and brought up how rude he was at our very first meeting. Instead of addressing the way he was, he said well, if you don't like the way I treated you, I can transfer you to another doctor. I continued on with the meeting saying I would see how the meeting went. Any question I asked was answered with a curt yes or no. That's it. When I asked about my arthritis, he said I don't handle that, it's up to your pain doctor, that's why you're going there. To be blunt this guy is an unprofessional jerk. He could care less about his patients and their well being.

I would rather go to a voodoo witch doctor than this guy. I have never been with someone so impersonal, arrogant and self centered. Never looked me in the eye, paid very little attention to anything I said and after I sent a message to question notes from a visit received a letter from him stating I was to find another doctor. Real class act.

Worst experience ever!!
This is specifically a review for Dr. Zub , and not a reflection on the nurses or staff, who were all wonderful.I left this office feeling so awful that I feel compelled to warn anyone who might be considering this doctor. My visit with him was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional .It took me months to secure this appointment. I put so much time and effort into my own medical journal so that I was prepared for the visit . I was genuinely excited and grateful to finally be getting some help. All of my good feelings and effort were completely wasted on this doctor and I left in tears , and feeling hopeless. He refused to listen to most of my concerns ,repeatedly interrupting me to ask unrelated questions like he was reading from a prompt. He stared at his computer, hardly making eye contact the entire visit . I never once felt heard and he made me feel as if my very existence was unpleasant and it was beneath him to even be in my presence. Just awful.

Zero bedside manner
Dr Zub has extremely poor communication skills. You feel like a bother with your appointment. Comes across very arrogant and that he could not care less about you or your health concerns. Very condescending. The office staff and wait time for getting an appointment and seeing the provider was above average.

Arrogant & Impatient
Dr. Zub is rude, condescending, and acts like you're wasting his time during a visit. As someone else said on here, it's all referrals and labs. Don't dare waste his precious time by asking questions. Prototypical doctor who went into medicine because they care more about the car they drive to their practice than the patients that take them away from golf during the day.

Dr. Zub is good in some areas and not-so-good in others. I would avoid him if you are a senior citizen, because he seems like he lumps everyone over 60 into a general category and treats you as such. He listens better than he explains.

It's all lab work and referrals. Don't ask him for his opinion on any research your may have done in the name of advocating for yourself. His ego gets bent easily and makes for a very uncomfortable situation while in the room with him. The staff is friendly and making appointments is easy.

Dr. Is not a good match with geriatrics. His communication skills are not good. There have been two of us listening to his answers to questions and explanations of issues. We both apparently “misunderstood” things he was saying. Thank goodness a nurse was able to come in and actually explain things so we understood. (We are not stupid people; we both have masters degrees.) I think his ego is rather large. He has photos of himself in the exam room.

I would not not recommend Dr. Zub or this practice. They are not responsive when you contact them. I also would never expect a Dr. to drop a patient for no explainable reason. Very unprofessional.

Flagler Family is poorly staffed. NP's are disorgazied lack apathy for patients. Its a "every person for themselves" management style. If you dont like doing your own research and have a general understanding of medicine this is not the practice for you. The staff expects you to self diagnose, they will not go out of their way to care for you or guide you in your healthcare. If it aint blatantly obvious don't bother going there for preventive care or early warnings. This practice os for very sick people. New patients without premium insurance are in a different category of care. This practice is set up to maximize profits and only the sickest people are the most profitable. Its brilliant and Im sure the bonus checks were magnificent this year. It's being on the down side of this practice that stinks. Baptist is providing my neighbors with proactive care, and outstanding Covid outreach and care. Meanwhile, Flagler Family remains dormant, crickets is all i hear.

Needs better "bedside manner", more empathy, and a sense of humor. A little abrupt and short with patients. Talks loudly about confidential and embarrassing diagnosis, even so that the desk clerk showed empathy. Comes off a bit conceited and as a know-it-all. Both my daughter and I have experienced same. If you're you're super fit, active, and within 2 lbs of your ideal body weight, he's your guy. If you're struggling with your weight, fitness and health (like 90% of the U.S.), you may want to find another option.

My son's doctor wasn't avaliable but we were able to get an apointment with Dr. Zub. I'm not sure if he was already having a bad day at 7:40am or he doesn't know how to separate his personal life from work, but my son's visit was horribly uncomfortable. Dr. Zub was extremely argumentative, difficult to conversate with, lacked empathy, and came across as judge mental. He was very short, condescending, and had a belittling manner when he spoke. I would not recommend him unless you enjoy being tal

Miss diagnosed me when I had pnmonia. Properly diagnosed the very next day by another MD. Had me drink a high sodium drink knowing I had kidney disease. Billed me 200.00 for the botched visit and would not compensate at all. Insisted on his 200!
