Dr. Chuan Jiang, MD

Dr. Jiang was great and treated my condition very well. I have COPD and have tried many doctors and different kinds of medication, but the results are often hit and miss. Office is clean. Front desk is kind, and I'm happy I didn't have to fill out a long questionnaire as a first-time patient. I didn't have to wait long after my appointment. A huge plus. Dr Jiang took his time to talk to me without me feeling rushed. He didn't look at me in the eye the entire time, but it didn't matter because his voice is so friendly. The girl nurse/technician who took my COPD test was super patient and kind even when I made mistakes on breathing directions. I can't say the same for the male nurse who took my health vitals (blood pressure, etc.) He was impatient and annoyed when I made mistakes. (I mean, I've never used a hand-held EKG device before.) I'm so glad it was the nice girl nurse who took the COPD test which took much longer time. I hope she gets paid more than the male nurse.I was here many weeks ago.

Dr. Jiang is a very good doctor, very patient and responsible to customers. Every time I go to see a doctor, Dr. Jiang is very friendly to me, explaining the reasons of my condition in detail and providing me with a good method To prevent diseases, Dr. Jiang is very kind and treats me like a friend. Dr. Jiang's medical skills are also very good. Through his treatment, my disease gradually improved and did not recur. I highly recommend everyone to see Dr. Jiang.

What a wonderful, splendid young physician. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Not to mention efficient! He effectively used his computer to find all of my background information and also addressed my concerns. All when he was simultaneously typing and making eye contact with me! Moreover, his physical part of his exam was more thorough than any other physician's I have been accustomed to! What a great and pleasant doctor and I would greatly recommend him to anyone.
