I recently had surgery at Cooperman-Barnabas medical center. It is a world-class facility! Unfortunately as a consequence I was 'assigned' to Dr. Chun. It was the worst experience with a doctor I've ever had! She took it upon herself to take me off ALL medications that I had previously been on and prescribed medications that 'she felt were better'! I had been on blood pressure medications prescribed by my primary physician for over 15 years and my blood pressure had been wonderful! Dr. Chun OVER-RULED my surgeon, my primary, my husband and me and told me that if I didn't follow her instructions 'YOU COULD DIE!' Upon my discharge she ordered hundreds of dollars worth of medications without any discussion from my pharmacy.I CANNOT take them!In my opinion she is a bully ... arrogant uncaring without empathy an alarmist and has no people skills! AVOID!!

Wish it was possible to review without a rating
Had a recent encounter with Dr Tu while my wife was an inpatient at Saint Barnabas Hospital, Old Short Hills Road, NJ. Was deeply disappointed by her lack of concern or empathy.and inaction. Avoid!
