calls not returned; staff impossible to reach
This used to be a great provider, but they are clearly unable to handle their patient load or just no longer responsive. I've had to follow up multiple times just to get test results, I leave messages that are never returned. The only way to reach them is through a separate call center that takes appts - if you're lucky that person will send a note to the office. It's ridiculous. Lately, it's only NPs in the office - not sure Dr. Marika is even there anymore. In my opinion, they will not be there for you if you need care.

Excellent doctor!
I have been a patient of Dr. Marika's for over 20 years. She is very thorough and has always given me excellent advice regarding my health. Unfortunately, she has cut back on her hours, so make an apt way in advance if you wish to see her specifically. Her PA, Julisa is also very good and more readily available.

She is a horrible doctor. She has been my doctor for the past 16 years. When going to her office and having 10 questions you will be lucky if she answers 3. When calling after hours and she is the doctor on call she will complain about the time your calling. One day I dropped what I was doing to go to her office to pick up the script for blood work and it was 4:15 pm before closing at 5pm and no one there and it was a Friday afternoon. Although Dr. Marika seems to be thorough and understanding, her office and staff has to be the most inept in the whole area. The ARNP is clueless and the secretary is not able to take care of business and settle an issue due to the NP's mistake from over a year ago.
