Dr. Claire Flanagan, MD

Dr. Flanagan, was my pediatrician from her days working out of Signature Health in Brockton, MA. She ALWAYS had a smile on her face. Easy going and caring. At almost 33 years old, I wish she was still my Dr.

As a child, I thought she was the best doctor ever. However, reflecting back on my time with her, I realized she invalidated me a lot. A lot of my stomach aches were assumed to be period cramps or acid reflux. My headaches were considered sinus related to her or normal. I’m at a new doctor now as I’m an adult and I’ve been diagnosed with IBS-C and I’m waiting for my MRI appointment because both my PCP and neurologist said my headaches were not normal. I know not all doctors can be perfect all the time with all of their patients, but I’m disappointed in my care to say the least. I could’ve been on a treatment track and in less pain than I am now had I been taken seriously.

My Son's pediatrician, and she's awesome! (I believe I may have inadvertently given a review for Dr. McMillan as well). I'm sure she's wonderful, however Dr. Flannagan is my son's doctor, and she's the best. Calls and puts my wife at ease no matter the time of day or night, or whether she's in or out of the office. Exceptional and caring. She has four children, and this likely explains her work ethic.

Dr. Flanagan has cared for both my children for 12 years. She is responsive, immediately returns phone calls, always has time to discuss issues with me and my children. Dr. Flanagan is respectful and firm in her believes. I trust her implicitly, and have never been misled by her assessment of a situation. She is an advocate for children and sticks by her convictions. I do not want a pediatrician who tells me what I want to hear. Dr. Flanagan is a straight shooter!
