Dr. Claire Kolensky, MD

I went to Dr Kolensky for a second opinion on shoulder pain, and pain management. She is caring, understanding and is willing to help you get the right tools for great health. I am happy I found her.

I was looking for a primary care doctor who would do more than just prescribe antibiotics when I was sick, and after careful research, I found Dr. Kolensky. I liked what I read online about her and liked her even better in person. She was thoughtful and thorough, a good listener and knowledgeable about a range of issues. Her physical exam was more comprehensive than any I'd had before, and she took the time to explain what she was doing and why. When a specialist's test came up with an incidental finding, she promised to research it, rather than just passing me off to someone else. She was encouraging as I worked to address some physical issues and I felt like she genuinely cared. She is well connected and her specialist recommendations were on the mark. Her schedule is (not surprisingly) busy, and there was a wait to get that initial appointment, but it was well worth it. I feel like for the first time in my life, I have a regular doctor I like, respect and trust. Highly recommended!

I love Dr. Koch. Me and my husband have starting seeing her this past summer (2015). I don't know why it took so long having this insurance to find her. She is right down the street from our house. I've been to many doctors in the past and she is by far the BEST I've had. The first time we saw her, I felt like she was very thorough in her examination. She also answered any questions we had. She is very caring and has a great beside manner. I would highly recommend her.
