Dr. Claire Sanger, DO

I have been trying to age gracefully but finally realized I needed to do something to my face. I did not want to look tired all the time. I had several laser treatments, and my face looks and feels amazing. The color and texture gave me 10 years back. I wish I had known about this doctor years ago. She does great work and knows what your skin needs.

I have been getting botulinum from Dr. Dillingham for over a year. I am very happy with the results. She knows how to do it so it looks normal and natural. I would not go anywhere else.

I begged her for 10 months to please do something about the mess she caused to my face! She continued to say ' I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL ALL IS HEALED' i asked her, what can she do if things don't heal correctly? She ASSURED me that there are things she can try to help the situation. She made me wait 10 months with hope that she could do SOMETHING to fix this hideous mess SHE CAUSED to my face. Then she looks at me and says....I 'm sorry...theres nothing i can do to fix this. I asked her about what about the things you said you would try to help fix this. She looked at me and said...I do not have anything here that will help this. So she left me with a disfigured face that I am so embarrassed of. I waited 35 yrs to have this surgery. She got paid and washed her hands of me and the horrific mess that she made.

Dr. Dillingham was so instrumental in helping me make the best decision for me. Her scope of knowledge was impressive and she took the time to explain the process to me in a way that I understood. She was clear about the expectations of the procedure and WOW! what a result! But most importantly, it was her compassion towards me and mt situation, that made me choose her. I have recommended her to others and they too, have not been disappointed.

Would not send my dog to her!

I have been seeing Dr. Sanger for over a decade . she’s an amazing surgeon and I have been able to have multiple procedures over years .She keeps me looking young and helps my skin stay healthy and radiant. I moved out of town and saw another plastic surgeon. They could not compare to her talent. I drive back to town just to see her and have her do my treatments. The treatments are worth every penny and has done wonders for my complexion. I plan to keep seeing her for years to come.

Dr Dillingham is extremely compassionate and an amazing doctor.

She insisted on doing repair work after Mohs treatment. I was left with visible scarring on forehead and scalp. One eyebrow is now higher than the other. A child could have stitched better than this doctor. Appointment was rushed. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Dillingham did an outstanding job with my cosmetic surgery. My experience with her staff and her was exceptional! I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

I owe my life to Dr. Dillingham. She is a very compassionate and caring doctor. She was the only one willing to take on my complicated case. She is wonderful, she explained everything to me well. I will recommend her to anyone. She is a brilliant doctor and an excellent physician.

I had surgery by Dr Sanger as did my wife. The office visit was outstanding was the surgical visit. She was attentive, approachable, and receptive to our questions. The surgeries went very well and we are very happy with the results. Great doctor

Clair Sanger Dillingham is a horrible Dr. I hate to call her a Dr. She is rude, insensitive, inimedating and a certified liar. She has done a horrible job with me and lied about it when I filed a complaint with Wake Forest Health and North Carolina Medical Board. Stay away from this idiot before she ruins your mind and body.
