I had a new patient appointment which I never received any new patient paperwork or policy practices. I get to my appointment on time but was told by front desk staff that since Dr. Anizoba’s name wasn’t on my insurance card I needed to call my insurance prior to being checked in for my appointment. I then called my insurance. While on the phone with my insurance Dr. Anizoba threatened to cancel my appointment if I didn’t change my doctors name on my insurance card in the next 6 minutes (10:45) My appointment was at 10:30. I was finished the call my 10:50 and my appointment was cancelled. Very frustrating since this was beyond my control and I had to take off work to be here. I will never refer anyone to this office. Very poor customer service.

Dr. Anizoba is wonderfully professional. Every visit is customized to my healthcare need or complaint. She always goes beyond taking great care of me. Never wait too long to see her or feeling rush during the visit. During Covid, I counted with her on telemedicine. She always makes her available to answer my messages. I highly recommended her. She is an outstanding professional, and I trust in her professionally.

I had an issue with swallowing, she ordered a swallow test and never gave me the results. She acts like she cares but it's only to mask her incompetence, I do not think she is medically knowledgeable.

Dr Anizoba is my favorite physican. She is skilled in every aspect of her field. I wouldn’t trade her for anything. In my book she is a 10 . I would recommend her to anyone. Her knowledge and caring cannot be surpassed
