Incompetent and uncaring professional
We were at the ER and she failed to build rapport, give us any information about what we can expect for our son's visit, or any information for that matter. When we pushed for some attention since we had been in room for 1.5 hrs, she came back and briefly talked to us then said she would go take care of the paperwork to discharge us. What should have taken 3 seconds took another 25 minutes. The paperwork was literally a generic printout of their ER policies. This provider is incompetent and seems so uncaring. I would never recommend her to anyone!

I was in SkyRidge ER, she visited me for literally 60-90 seconds. The fun began when I was texted the invoice (looked like spam), then I followed-up via phone (after finding the correct phone number) to find out my account was sent to collections only 22 days after the initial invoice was sent via text. The medical billing group she uses are cut-rate -which in my opinion reflects on her.

Does not listen to her patients at all!! Very dismissive, and insensitive. I was acutely ill and she downplayed my symptoms. She didn’t even have the decency to update my medication list! Absolutely did not care about me at all!
