I love Dr Abrantes. The entire staff is efficient and caring. They called me at home to see how I was doing. I never feel rushed. Her PA’s are excellent! I totally trust them. When you leave a message you will actually hear back. I know… unheard of right? I refer her to all my friends. I can’t say enough about the excellent attention they seem to give every patient. Job well done!

We both use Dr Abrantes and Yusuf. They listen to you work with you help you and the office staff is great and friendly. We have had to wait on occasion but not long.

Dont go here at all, the staff is disorganized and not on top of it. Errors in appointments, being top of the list.

Just returned from Dr. Clarissa Abrantes MD office for our quarterly medical check-up. Wow!!!! What a change has happened in that office since our last visit 4 months ago. The new & old existing staff has made a 100% turn around in the running of that medical office. Everyone seemed very upbeat, attentive to the patients, efficient, and above all happy to be at work. Dr. Abrantes is always at the top of her game, but with this efficient staff it seems like it gave her more time to spend with the patients. We hardly ever write reviews, but in this case Dr. Abrantes’s organization needs to be commended with the great 100% turn around in her office management. Great job to the staff and Dr. Abrantes. Dr. Abrantes and her PAs are well prepared for each visit as test results have been reviewed prior to the patient encounter. The entire staff is very efficient and welcoming.

Dr. Abrantes was my doctor and then Dr. Khan joined practice. Things have gone downhill since Dr. Khan left. Have not seen the Dr. in over 1 year, only NP. Can't get RX's filled by inexperienced staff that keeps changing. They don't respond to emails, phone requests, or Pharmacy requests no matter how many times they are requested. Often fill RXs incorrectly or not at all. I'm leaving this practice which used to be excellent. It's very unfortunate.

She has you going back for visits every 4 months. No need for that. She relies on her PA’s way too much. You always get the PA and pay the full price of a doctors visit. She doesn’t follow up with the hospital when you are admitted. Not a caring doctor at all.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. Took three phone calls over the course of a week to get a prescription refill that was supposed to have been sent when I was at the office. Can't get an appointment if you are sick and in need of a physician's care. Patted me on the knee and told me to drink some more water for my low blood pressure issue. Really???

I was really great, I got better in two weeks because of her. I was feeling pain in my neck for four months then when i went to docter abrantes she helped me get better pronto

Dr Abrantes has been our primary care physician for about 6-7 years since we moved to The Villages. My wife and I have always felt she was actually concerned about us as individuals. She asks all the right questions to determine our problems and takes the time to explain the treatment options. The office has a friendly efficient staff and wait times are usually short, not hours after the scheduled appointment time! She's done very well by us and would highly recommend their services. Ron
