Doctor harried, sporting a pocket full of visible hyperdermic needles, and minimal communication. The most appalling experience was her scratching YES) the mole WITHOUT washing hands or wearing gloves.

Dr Taylor did a very thorough annual full body exam. I appreciate her attention to detail, experience and competency. What I do NOT appreciate is her thinly veiled hostility towards the unvaccinated. She tried to shame me and badger me into getting THE JAB. Dr Taylor is free to have her opinions, but not when she is on the clock with me, the patient. Not liking the vibe of being treated like a leaper or diseased fleabag. Will probably not be coming back to this practice. Sad

Best ever. Almost never have to wait, and if you do, you get an apology. Expertise, great personality and professional manner. I have now been a patient for several years.

Dr. Taylor had no warmth - never a smile or points of non-clinical connection. She used only clinical language, like "You have a [insert Latin phrase]", without explaining, and then made me feel uncomfortable for asking follow-up questions (short responses, edging to the door). When, after several annual checkups, I decided to switch, I had the unique opportunity to price compare. She was going to charge me $700 for a cyst removal that the new doctor was only going to charge $300 for. And he is warm and caring (kid art in the exam room, common language explanations, patience). He also addressed several skin issues that Dr. Taylor had commented on with a much higher degree of expertise. His name is Dr. Eric Hester - he is Awesome.
