Can't get anyone to answer the phone
My mother-in-law has him as a Dr. She had a fall. family has been trying to contact him for over a week. When we try to get the front desk it says that they can't answer and if you leave a message it will delay the response time! and if it is for Dr. A it will go straight to him with no guarantee of hearing back. What kind of medical practice is this????

Dr. Alexander has been our family doctor for about 20 years. We lived in 3 other states before Indiana and have had quite a few doctors. Dr. Alexander is by far the best. He has an amazing ability to diagnose accurately. He listens closely to all that you tell him and respects what you know about your own body. He takes as much time as you need to answer your questions, and is always personable and caring.

I have seen this doctor for many years and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. I have read some reviews and the only bad remarks are with the front desk lady which i will agree with. The doctor though is not pushy and he listens and will sit and be with you until you feel confident that your issues will be taken care of.

The girl in the front office that checks you in is just rotten, mean and fake. I would not recommend this dr to anyone simply for the fact of her. I have never been to a doctor where the office staff makes you feel so terrible and are just plain rude, in person and especially over the phone. She acts like you are disturbing her. Her tone and attitude and facial expressions are what has me looking for a new family physician. The hours are terrible also.

The staff at this office are down right rude and inconsiderate. The do not take time to figure out insurance issues. They really only prefer insurance that is completely paid for such as medicade, Medicare. Plz don't waist time with this office.
