The staff were exceptional.

Dr. Levy was excellent. While this was a focused visit for a neck concern, he was also interested in my overall health and well-being. First time patient, but he clearly reviewed my orthopedic history. Efficient visit. Feedback and plan on my neck was clear and communicated well. Good combo of professional, personable, and genuine.

Dr Levy is kind caring compassionate knowledgeable..He listens to your problem, takes time to answer question..he is very thorough. Be orth md in concord...

Been struggling with disabling back pain since end of July. Has just destroyed my quality of life, and keeps me from much of anything; I've literally quit everything but work (because I can't). I'm not convinced these folks even looked at my MRI; we certainly didn't look at it together, which is my expectation. His main comment was, 'it's not that bad'. I had trouble getting past this, since I'm literally at my wits end. I now have another test appointment in a month, but likely won't last that long, and will try to seek help sooner elsewhere. It is hard for me to believe my needs (and my pain, and then ensuing depression, and sense of utter hopelessness) are being taken seriously.

My recent back surgery went terrific and I am feeling better after just 2 weeks.

Dr. Levy was very professional in his approach outlining potential issues that we might encounter and the ramifications of them. His demeanor was encouraging but not to the point of making it seem that the issues were not serious.

There were no delays. Everything went smoothly.

Dr. Levy asked about my general health and if I had any serious health issues. He noted I had arthritis is my right knee and did it bother me. I said I wear a brace during the day which helps with pain and walking. I also told him that I have Macular Degeneration in my left eye and treatment will begin on October 30. He said the MRIdid not detect a major problem with the SS. I replied that the episodes were less frequent and severe than earlier since the problem began in February. He said there was injections and Physical Therapy that help if I wanted them. I feel that I can handle the infrequent episodes when they occur. He was on board with my decision but encouraged me to get my MD in left eye taken care of before it became a major problem. He was very cordial at the end of the appointment and said he was there if my SS became more acute. I appreciated his demeanor.

Dr Levy addressed my issues. Then he spent time chatting, person to person, about non-medical topics. Treated me like a whole person, not just a body part to be fixed.

Dr. Levy has cared for my spine for nearly two decades. He is always thorough and very pleasant.

Rude! No bedside manner. Does not listen or explain MRI results. Lies in your medical records that he performs physical exam and he does not. If you are not looking for surgery or pain meds he's not looking to help you understand or manage your condition.

Dr. Levy made me feel comfortable. He is a good listener; he made helpful suggestions for improving my neck and shoulder pain.

He is always very caring and comes into visit prepared. He did my 2nd back surgery the first was at Boston Beth Isreal and I have complete faith in Dr.Levey . I wish he did my first.

Staff asked if I was ok and I was seen early no waiting for X-rays either

Dr Levy was very respectful and direct in answering my questions. He made me feel very comfortable- and didn’t rush the visit.

This is a top-notch operation from the surgeon to the professional staff down to the support staff maintaining the desks. There is no question that Dr. Levy is a skilled surgeon, answers questions, and listens to a patient’s concerns taking life style into consideration.
