Dr. Anderson is great
Dr. Anderson is awesome! He listens to my concerns and answers all my questions patiently. The nurses that take my vitals are always great. Unfortunately, I haven't had the best experience with the scheduling staff. Whether it's the call center or if I try to make an appointment in person, they are not the friendliest or most accommodating.

AC
Literally cannot get a timely appointment with this practice. Staff never calls back, I always have to call them. They don't make referrals unless you find a specialist yourself, make sure they are taking patients, and tell the office to refer that particular specials. Then you have to make sure you call them back and follow up at least three times to make sure it gets done. Very poor customer service. I'm getting a different doctor as soon as I can. I regret ever coming here.

Waiting to DIE!
First off, I was trying to get an appointment in October of 2022, I was told that there were NO appointments available until the end of the year. Calling back the last week of Dec. 2022, I was now told that Dr. Rodriguez was not taking on any more patients, but the other Dr. (Dr. Anderson) was...unfortunately there were no openings until March 6th, 2023. So, I made that appointment for 4 pm (the last of the day). The Friday prior to my appointment (3/3) I called to confirm since I did not get any communication from the office all this time. At that time I found out that my appointment was canceled. How annoying is that, I am waiting to get some major issues fixed and people could be dying while doctors pick and choose who gets seen and who doesn't. What am I to do?? I feel the pain of the others too who this is happening, and what is our solution...WE NEED HELP!!!

Say no to Dr Anderson
In August 2022, I called to make an appointment. First available was November 1st... showed up today to find that, without notice, he decided to cancel my appointment. He did the same to my wife... now we have to find another doctor and spend another interval waiting to get our necessary prescriptions refilled. I never met the man, but that is a garbage move - canceling two appointments with no notice... so I hope I never do meet him. He seems to have the integrity of a politician.

Overall Dr Anderson has been an excellent doctor for me. Listen to what I have to say. Referred me to excellent doctors. At times hard to contact. Office staff are friendly. However, since bought out by Well Med, thing have gone done hill. They no longer supported veterans, don't take Tricare. Change appointments set 2months ago. Changed from Dr Anderson to an unknown PA Considering change care giver

Dr. Anderson is Awesome!
Dr. Anderson is one of the two doctors I see at Family Medical. I've seen some unfavorable reviews regarding him that I disagree with. He's also my wife's PCP, and she loves him. I have seen him on multiple occasions and he's always very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have comorbid health concerns do a lot of homework to stay on top of my own health care needs. This is something everyone should do for themselves. Doctors have extensive training and often make the best judgement to treat patients based off of the information you provide them. Knowing your own health care needs and concerns go a long way in helping doctors help us. Everyone has a responsibility to educate themselves on their own healt includes understanding your medication, how and when to take it, as well as potential side effects. The doctor works from the information he is provided. A doctor only fails when his patient is not providing all the right information. Educate yourself in order to educate him.

My family & I would never would refer anyone to him. While under his care, I almost passed away multiple times & almost had my limb amputated. It was a simple fracture & I should have been heeled in 6-8 weeks. Over 2.5 years & I’m still suffering! I’m permanently disabled bc of his lack of medical training. I’m not longer able to travel to see my family members out of town. I have expenses that I have to pay out of pocket like hiring caregiver, a personal driver to take me to doctors appointments, buying medical equipment, making my house wheelchair accessible. I will suffer for the rest of my life for his negligence. I hope no one goes thru what I’m still going thru. This has been a very painful journey for me & my family.
