Dr. Clinton Dille, MD

Long and short. I have been a patient since I moved back to Twin Falls 4 years ago. I have had an ongoing balance in the clinic the ENTIRE time. I pay $200 to $300 dollars at every visit EVERY 2 months (which equals more than the $50 a month my payment agreement was signed for.) I had an appointment for a steroid injection in the morning. They called and said if I didn't have a considerable amount of money with me tomorrow they wouldn't do it (even though I have insurance and paid them $300 at my appt a couple of weeks ago) because my balance was too high ($14!98) and I haven't met my deductible this year. Well, its March. I have had a much higher balance than this previously, AND I received 3 bills from them today EXACTLY the same dated 1 day apart. I bet if I had Medicaid you wouldn't have canceled me. This is your you treat your patients? I regret EVER switching to this office. They have been Jerks from day one! Sad thing is. Dille is a nice guy...its the people that work for him

I feel that Dr. Dille and his staff are the best in this field in this area of pain management. They have helped me to live a more active lifestyle while treating my chronic pain that affects several parts of my body. They treat the whole person with professional, kind and thorough educated views. I can't see me ever going to anyone else. They sincerely care about every person who walks through thier doors. That's a rare commitment in a lot of Drs. these days.
