Unprofessional Dr.
Dr. Norby Was very unprofessional. When we went into see him he Didn’t even say reviewed the scan. He told my husband to go home and eat soft foods because mostly likely it was TMJ because he had it himself. He also said my husband may even lose weight for doing so. My husband is NOT overweight!!! Within a couple of months we found out the real diagnosis-cancer! I wouldn’t recommend him at all. He did no research, and was very unprofessional, and had we waited, my husband would not be alive today.

Dr. Norby was outstanding. He explained what he was doing as he removed my tooth. Process took 20 minutes with no pain during the procedure or after when the meds wore off. Very professional!

Very very good. I was impressed. I thought it would be a hard tooth to remove but I was done, from walk-in to checking out in 20 minutes. No pain and no pain after numbness wore off.

Dr Norby is very professional as are all of the staff in his office. They answered all of my questions before my procedure. Very friendly nursing, assistants and front desk staff. Insurance and billing staff easy to work with as well. Overall very good experience.

My visit was for a tooth extraction. Dr. Norby was very helpful in that he allowed me to ask all questions about the procedure. We discussed several different options for pain control during the procedure. On the day of the procedure, again he was very willing to answer any questions. It started on time. The procedure went as planned and he was very skilled from putting in the IV to removing the tooth. After the procedure he checked on me several times in the recovery area. I would also like to add that the staff was very friendly and helpful and caring,especially in recovery when I was having difficulty with post procedure nausea, many thanks!

Went in to have a tooth removed, and it was a bad experience from the start. Not only did he remove the tooth, but broke the one next to it stating the tooth must have been bad too. It wasn't. Dr Norby seemed to be in a rush, didn't explain anything before, and only told me about the broken tooth when he popped in while I was recovering then left the room. Started bad and ended just as bad. I won't be back.
