Listens, speaks at a level consistent with patient knowledge base.... meaning my husband.... who is not medically trained... can understand what Dr G is talking about. It also means that I, a Registered Nurse, can discuss things about our care at a more in-depth level with him, ask questions and receive answers that have up to date medical information to keep me abreast of what our plan of care will be.
