HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. 10x to call just to get an emergency RX filled for a small child - this cannot be how to run an office. I would never return, EVER. Doctor was ok- staff is incapable of doing their job.

I made an follow up appt for my husband. We discussed the fact that he was a patient and that he had United Healthcare Medicare. Two days before the appt I received a text that took about 15 minutes to complete pre-visit info, even had to send a picture of his health card. ONE HOUR before his appt, they called and said they do not take UHC Medicare. I waited 4 weeks for this appt, checked with the staff about the insurance, even sent the required picture of card and they tell me ONE HOUR before appt they do not take it, even after he was already a patient? These doctors should be required to take their OWN patient's insurance until the patient leaves but they drop insurances like flies because they don't pay enough or it takes too long to get their money. I want to paid a cancellation fee just like hey take when the patient cancels.

Dr.Lieberman is patient, professional detailed in explanation and instructions.

I have had stubborn acne my whole life. Moved here from southern NJ and was recommended to try Dr. Lieber. She put me on a whole different regimen than my old dermatologist and my skin is so much better that now I only have to visit occasionally. She is truly amazing!

I wnet to a practice surgeon for a procedure around my eyes. He pointed out something suspicious on my shoulder that he said needed immediate removal. Even after insurance, I would have had to pay $2000. I went to my derm Dr Lieber and evaluated it as a pre-cancer that is being treated and responding well to CREAMS!! Dr L is a brilliant woman, with the best medical training anyone could find. She's a true gem!

Was matter of factly told a biopsy I had done was basal cell. Was talked in to the treatment option she wanted, not the one I wanted. Was directed to use medication that had dreadful and as I was later to learn unnecessary side effects as the procedure she did and treatment she prescribed did not eradicate the basal cell. It caused horrible scar tissue resulting in my having to have a far larger area than necessary excised by a more experienced doctor in order to completely remove the lesion.

Dr. Leiber is a good doctor and the nurses are nice. The receptionists are not nice. Seem so miserable and unhappy. They take it on the patients. They are unapproachable and never nice on the phone. Never smile. When they give you an appointment it's like they are doing you a favor. They expect you to pull your kids out of school all the time.
