He is kind. He listens well. He offers referrals. He knows what you need. He is a good listener. He takes his time with you. I have been seeing him since 2020 and he hasn't steered me wrong yet. His staff is great. I love Baylor, Scott and White.

We're not prone to leaving reviews, but when it comes to health and this instance we felt compelled. We're not sure if our negative experience was a result of the Doctor, his staff, or a general office policy but we feel this office took the easy way out and acted very short-sided. It takes a village sometimes and our struggles with our dear family member have been decades long, so when all collective family members tried to share our recent struggles at home with the doctors office, we were immediately stiff armed. The office has closed our call tickets more than once with the label "unable to share medical information" or something of that sort when we made it VERY clear to them that we are not asking for one bit of personal medical information on the patient, we simply wanted to share escalating an potentially critical issues so that the doctor can consider this or at least look into it on his end. Close mindedness/laziness hurts the patient and our family. Unfortunate all arou
