Inconsiderate/defensive
Was not interested in learning or considering patient history. Was dismissive of other drs recommendations stating I do this everyday they do not. Became defensive when presented with facts counter to his recommendations. Was set on a diagnosis with no regard for patient quality of life or history. Was told to call back only if patient got sick even after waiting months for the appointment in the fist place at the urging of her entire pediatric care team.
