Heartbroken
Dr Jacobs has been the only OBGYN I have even seen since the very beginning. I followed him from Springhill Hospital in Mobile to 2 different locations in foley. Now he’s vanished to a different state… Idaho falls… I understand we all have lives but I was given 1 weeks notice… called to get medical records transferred with no answer and a full voicemail… I feel worthless and abandoned.

He is THE BEST!
He was so good about being straightforward and honest and easing pregnancy/delivery/postpartum anxieties. He was super attentive to my questions, concerns, and needs - I’m planning on having Dr. Jacobs as my OB for all future children.

My visit was OK no issues there. Dr. Jacobs has BOLTED. I literally left and gave no notice to anyone myself and well as pregnant women who called in for their next appointment to find that he had moved to another state. I have now found out that he had done the same thing many years ago by leaving without notice the woman’s ob office in foley, AL previously. Very irresponsible. Where is the compassion for your clients, staff…etc. Horrible.

Dr. Jacobs is amazing. He’s been my gynecologist since I’ve needed one here in Foley, and he even did my hysterectomy. He’s the only one I trust.
