Dr. Treadway went above and beyond to take care of my husband's issue. He did a wonderful job and we will be forever grateful for his expertise.

I do like treadway, the front desk staff are rude
I am what could be called a ‘problem patient’ due to my severe health issues and treadway tried to help me. I do have MCAS and a corn derivative allergy so getting help and being understood is really difficult for me wherever I go. Treadway is genuinely kind, he is matter of fact which could be potentially seen as a brush off but I do believe they guy wants to help people bc he generally comes up with options or suggests imaging, et cetera, if there’s an issue that cannot be resolved in office. The front desk staff who answer the phones are generally rude. There have been three times when I and my partner called to make an appt for me and they legit SIGHED & immediately became even more short once with us once they knew the call was about me. It was laughable, but it’s not funny. I have some severe health needs and this has just added a hurdle to ky seeking care. This makes it hard for people like me to even Seek care- If they don’t care, how am I supposed to keep trying?

Dr. Treadway seems nice, the office staff is horribly rude and mean. Whenever I have to call there, I need to take 20 minutes to try to relax and breathe so my blood pressure can return to normal. I’m curious if others have the same issue. Also wonder if the all of the Providers that work there are aware of the way their patients are treated when they call.

After many years of nasal problems and many physicians I finally saw Dr. Treadway. He immediately diagnosed the problem then later did surgery to correct it. I had an excellent result. He also did surgery on my grand children. As a physician myself, I can say he is excellent at what he does.

I wouldn't let the hack carve a turkey. Can't even be in the same room with my wife after he hacked on her nose. Had to go sleep in another room and can still hear it. Nose whistles over the radio in the car. He has turned life into hell.

Dr. Treadway’ ability not only to listen and hear what your concerns are, but, to evaluate any options with complete advocacy of his patient demonstrates his extradinary calling as a physician. I have recommended him to several; all of which have reported utter satisfaction as well as successful diognosis and treatment. Dr. Treadway’s practice of his specialty has allowed me to let go of stress from worry. When there, you feel as though you are his only patient, no rushing, no assumptions.

I true believe he screwed up my wife's surgery. He would not be my first choice there are several other ENT's in TC I would go with first.
