Dr Hatcher gave my balance problems her full consideration. She suggested that we explore some possible causes that my other (excellent) doctors had not suggested. Also she remembered specific issues I had forgotten.I love her energy and focus on my medical concerns. She is a very positive force that helps all her patients.

I had visited the same-day clinic a few days earlier and was diagnosed with pneumonia. That afternoon, Dr. Hatcher saw my diagnosis, followed up with me Immediately via MyChart, and wanted to see me for this visit as a follow-up. I was VERY impressed with her response and follow-up! And she took time in the follow-up appointment for on-going monitoring of the pneumonia. Well done!

She is friendly, engaging, professional, good listener and well-spoken, asks appropriate questions to make sure she understands my concerns, thorough in her examination, discusses treatment possibilities and steps to find a solution. She orders necessary tests and x-rays to insure appropriate steps are taken for my care.
