Low quality health care...
I was rushed through like cattle just to be hit with a big bill for a quick eye test. The doctor wasn't attentive to my explanation of my symptoms for a condition that I suspected that I have and that I had researched online would require a series of tests, none of which he offered. Instead, they gave me a cursory eye exam and told me to take OTC eyedrops before abruptly getting up and leaving the room. No explanation of the test that I was given and no solution offered for my eye condition, which is worsening every day. Not recommended.

While Dr. Ray did a fine job on my husband's eyes, his office is horribly run. They arbitarily schedule appointments without even talking to you. You get an email saying they have scheduled you for whatever day and to reschedule, click here. It then tells you to call a number. We left 3 voicemails and no one called us back. Even aftger the surgery, while standing right there, they shouted out to us that they scheduled a follow up for a certain day and time which didn't work for us. They could have called me over and asked what day and time would be best for us. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This idiots previous practice in California left many of us with permanent vision impairments. I’ve just found out that the damage he did to my pupil during cataract surgery left my right eye blurry and cannot be corrected. He is not a good surgeon.

Excellent - this eye doctor knows exactly what he is doing Of course I’m speaking to my experience over one appointment dealing with a serious issue in my daughters left eye which had a congenital coloboma. I was especially interested in evaluating his expertise because of an obtuse one star review on his profile here on healthgrades. I find the bad review to be unfounded based on my experience. He is professional knowledgeable and kind.

Excelent opthamologist and surgeon. He has successfully corrected both my eyes and one of my wife's eyes for cataracts with no complications. Probably not considered loquacious, but doesn't waste time with miscellaneous information.
