I have excruciating facial pain caused by nerve damage/possible neuralgia. Was told by Schusse's staff I would have to wait up to a month for my case to be reviewed and her office would call me to schedule an appointment. Waited about a month, in agony from the pain. Called back about a month later, and was told they could schedule me for virtual appointment only in another 3 weeks. I pleaded I was in a lot of pain, but the staff couldn't care less. I have learned in four months of trying to get help for my medical condition that the way the staff treats you is indicative of what to expect from the doctor, i.e. if the staff could care less, chances are good the doctor is the same way. So, there was no call back, and I have to wait another 3 weeks of pain and suffering just to have a teleconference with a doctor and staff that could care less. I hung up on them. My biggest regret is that I placed my faith in this doctor and waited a month, just to be treated coldly and unsympathetic.

Terrible. She had no clue what she was doing in the hospital for my care and coulve easily killed me with overdosing me on medications I was allergic to without checking!

Dr Schusse is very caring and excellent all around provider. She has helped me to be free of migraines for the longest time --in years. Her office is very professional and really works to get you in fast--esp for urgent issues. I would recommend them to everyone!
