Dr. Flowers was a great OB for me. Thoroughly explained everything with each visit throughout the pregnancy, monitored my bp, and answered any questions I had. Had to have a Caesarean due to high blood pressure. It was over and done in no time and my baby girl was very healthy and we were both very safe. I am 3 weeks postpartum and everything is healing perfectly.

I told Dr. Flowers I was feeling a lump in my lower pelvic area during my annual checkup. He told me it was scar tissue from a C- section 19 years ago. Less than a year later I’m in for major surgery to remove a football sized ovarian tumor. He didn’t care to even listen to my concern during that checkup.

Dr. Flowers reviewed an ultrasound when I was newly pregnant. He did not look up from his screen but told me there was no heartbeat and to schedule a DNC. I felt very uneasy as I thought a heartbeat was detected on the ultrasound, so I decided to get a second opinion before terminating my pregnancy. At my next ultrasound with a different provider, my pregnancy had progressed and a strong heartbeat was detected. I now have a healthy toddler and I am so glad I did not deliver him with Dr. Flowers.

1st time seeing him he stripped my membranes w/o warning or asking me. Bled for days after. Then 4 yrs later he was the on call dr and delivered my 3rd baby and tied my tubes. He never told me any post op instructions or gave any meds. Said my terrible neck pain was from strain during delivery. It’s not, it’s from air they pump in your belly during surgery (found that out later). Then he said my bleeding 2 months post baby was normal. Not normal, had another procedure to fix it (with a diff doc)

I was not happy at all with my pregnancy/birth experience. I had a 9 hr labor and 6 hrs in Dr Flowers and nurse were trying to talk me into a c-section, even though i had no complications and everything progressed very nicely. When it was time to push Dr Flowers and nurse tried to talk me into an episiotomy, even though there were no complications. I only pushed 30 min before my son was born. Dr Flowers is only concerned with the quick way out, to bad i can't leave a longer review abt my prgncy

Dr. Flowers and his staff are truly the best! They take care for their patients to a totally different level. He does have a large amount of students, however this is vital to bring the next generation of providers up in a fashion where they are knowledgeable and compassionate. He is always more than willing to answer any questions and to discuss the plan of care. Recently I had some issues with pregnancy induced hypertension and he and his staff stayed til I could make it to his office for eval

I would never recommend him to anyone he is cold, callus and unprofessional.. He didnt care about learning my medical history or backgroud nor did he spend enough time in the room to even listen to me. The room was filthy and i felt violated and taken advantage of physically and financially.

Presented in premature labor. Told me that I wasn't in labor and to just go home. Went home, had my son prematurely the very next day, and my son passed away because he was born too soon. Horrible doctor. Ruined my life.
