Dr. Craig Chase, MD

I have been visiting Dr. Chase for many years. Everything about the experience is exceptional. This includes the office feel, staff friendliness, wait times, time with patient, Q&A, advice, and diagnosis. Dr. Chase and his staff clearly care and it shows in the patient care they provide. If only every Doctor and Office was this good. Then there would be no reason to look at reviews. Highly recommended!

Didn't have a great experience with this Dr. He was extremely rude to me once when I mentioned some chest pain stating that I arrived 5 mins late (I called to alert staff that I would be late due to unexpected traffic, and they said it was ok to still come in.) He seemed very upset that he had to deal with this unexpected symptom. He did apologize on my next visit, which I appreciated. But my experiences and level of care with him through the years were average at best in my opinion. I started going to Centra Care for minor issues as it was more convenient. I realized that I had not had a physical in 9 years (I am 53) so called to see if I was still considered a patient. According to Dr. Block, who my parents see and is in the same office, as long as I had been there within the last 10 years, I would still be considered a patient. So, I was surprised when they told me Dr. Chase no longer considered me his patient and would no longer continue my care.

Dr. Chase is a caring, attentive, and thorough physician. Always willing to spend the time needed to fully understand all facets of a given medical issue allowing for a complete plan of action vs. just writing a script. Best in the biz!

Dr. Chase is the best! I have been going to him for many years - all of my family actually. He sees patients of all ages (children and adults). He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and ensures we understand what we need to do for our care. I have also experienced Dr. Chase staying late after hours for test results, an 'Above and Beyond Doctor!'

Love Dr. Chase! He always listens and makes sure that he understand what I am saying! Very smart and friendly, I love how he can explain medications and the effects! My husband and I have been his patient for years!

GREAT Dr. He is caring, listens and takes the time needed. I never feel rushed when I am in his office and always leave knowing I have been taken care of and all of my needs have been met. I recommend him often.
