Worst billing office
The worst billing office ever. The billing staff is extremely rude. First off wont help me with any billing questions, secondly when I did try to make test payment to make sure, this is the right recipient, she calls back throws her attitude that she wont accept this. I never asked her to accept this but it was about, I making sure, am not sending money to somebody else. Also which healthcare provider these days doesn't accept credit cards, which is the easiest mode of payment. So patient-unfriendly, highly dont recommend.

Craig Fisher claimed I requested special anesthetic that was not covered by my insurance. An extra $250 out of pocket. Research shows I’m not the only one he’s done this to. AVOID HIM.

We were also charged $250. Our insurance provider told us that the anesthesia level used by Dr. Fisher was not medically necessary for my husband‘s procedure. His office then sent us a bill for $250 with a copy of a waiver letter that my husband signed that was completely illegible. Big lesson for us. I requested a new copy of this waiver from his office (so we could try to actually read it) and they told me that they couldn’t send a copy. After demanding that that’s the least they could do, they finally emailed it to me. On the waiver that my husband signed, there is absolutely no way that you can read the “covered individual’s responsibility of $250.” The billing dept. had to tell me what it read. Then they told me it will be sent to collections if we don’t pay. So they have you sign an illegible waiver going into a procedure - and they use an anesthesia level that’s not medically necessary to pocket $250 from who knows how many patients. No, I do not recommend Dr. Fisher.

First off, Dr. Fisher was wonderful. His billing office not so much... When I had my procedure, I received a form from the surgical center stating that they had verified my insurance coverage with my provider (Anthem). This made me confident that there wouldn't be any insurance issues. I apparently also signed a form stating that I would accept $250 responsibility for anything Anthem didn't cover. I wasn't given a copy of this form on the day of the procedure, so it wasn't in my records (a photocopy was later sent to me). I received a bill for $250. Apparently the anesthesia wasn't verified with Anthem prior to the procedure. Anthem has requested information from Dr. Fisher's office which they have declined to send. Now I'm stuck paying $250 because Dr. Fisher's office won't answer the phone when my insurance company calls to try to resolve the billing issues. When I've called them, they either didn't call me back, or, when I did talk to someone, they've hung up on me twice.
