Rude Dr E R visit
He was very rude to me. I was bleeding thru my nose and mouth. He forced me to hold my head back. Which forced blood down my throat. Was very rough with me. I would say he manhandled me. He shoved rockets up my nose forcefully. Then sent me home with a antibiotic nothing for pain I was still bleeding. I ended up in Danville where they said I should have been sent to a hospital by him to a ENT specialist. But he didn't. He was down right rude. Told me I should have gone to a hospital that has a ENT on call. Well I was bleeding out badly the closest hospital was my only choice. Worse Dr I have ever encountered in my 64 years. That hospital staff made me feel like I had the plague because of the blood. There was only one a young man a resident nurse I think. I did not get his name but he was very nice and caring.

ER visit
Dr Herring was amazing. His bed side manner was wonderful. He was understanding and kind. He took his time to hear out my concerns and did his best to resolve them. His nerve was also awesome. Thank you again!

I was very surprised to see the one star rating. I literally just left the ER and came directly online to give him 5 stars. After a lifetime of ER visits for myself and various family members, Dr. Herring was far and away the kindest resident I've ever met. His manner was professional, caring and considerate. I was immediately put at ease, and his gentle treatment was a welcome change from the normal brusque attitude I've come to expect. I wish there were more like him!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Very rude, insulting, condescending to me as a woman. Did not even examine me. Just got my insurance for payment and did nothing but try to provoke me. He has no knowledge of hornet stings and side effects. Does not even know what contact dermatitis is. He is A MUST TO AVOID.
