Dr Lareau is a wonderful surgeon. He performed my surgery back in October. It was a pretty bad injury and I had complete confidence that Dr Lareau would put me back together and walking again which I am. He is truly so wonderful and I highly recommend him.

Ankle replacement
I highly recommend Dr. Lareau. He is kind, compassionate and a fantastic surgeon. He performed a right ankle replacement on me in May 2024 and I could not be happier with the outcome. It was a life changer for me. I had a very bad injury in 1975 as the result of an auto accident. After years of instability and countless more ankle injuries, it finally got to the point that I was in horrible pain, was having difficulty walking or fitting my foot in a shoe and not able to enjoy the things I loved, especially hiking. I am now happy, pain-free, and back to all my activities including hiking. NEOS and the staff all work together like a well oiled machine. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Lareau. You will not be disappointed.

Ankle Replacement
My ankle was damaged from an accident. After the recovery from the surgery from the accident I started having a lot of pain from accident induced arthritis and was told that I would need an ankle infusion. I went to Dr Lareau and he told me he can do a ankle replacement which would be much better than an infusion. it’s been a year now and you would never know I ever had a problem. Dr Lareau took the time to go over everything about the procedure and recovery; he and his staff were wonderful thru out the whole ordeal. It is such a wonderful thing to have a Dr take the time to treat you as a person and not just a patient. I am very grateful for having an excellent and very talented Dr.

Dr. Lareau was very kind. He has a very caring personality. He was very knowledgeable and presented a clear picture of my problem with my foot. He was very thorough explaining the procedure that he recommended but did not pressure me in any way. I really trusted him based on his knowledge and confidence. The surgery went very well. He is an excellent surgeon!
