Why we won’t recommend her
We have used Dr Aseron for 20:years and absolutely loved her, she showed us real concern and always listened to us . Never hurried us . She was so pleasant .BUT SINCE LAST SUMMER WHEN WELL MED TOOK OVER HER OFFICE,WE HAVE NOT EVEN GOT A GLIMPSE OF HER!! THEY REFUSE TO LET US SEE HER. INSTEAD WE HAVEVTO SEE SOMEONE WE DONT EVEN KNOW. WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THAT AND ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING NEW PRIMARY DR. AND NOW WE FIND OUT THEY WONT TAKE OUR SUPPLEMENTAL INS.

Cancels appointments Repeatedly
She cancelled two appointments in two months because she needed to do “training” for a web based doctor site. This doctor is obviously not in healthcare to help people and cares more about her reputation. Avoid!

We waited over an hour to be seen & once we were in a room told the nurse my husband had been throwing up for 3 days. As a courtesy (but unrelated to his current condition) we let them know he recently had COVID-19. We followed all CDC guidelines and were outside the window for quarantining and he had been symptom free. We were both masked. Outside our door we could hear the nurse relay this info to Dr. Aseron who freaked out and refused to see us and said we were putting everyone at risk (ignoring the fact we followed all CDC guidelines). We did not have a negative test on hand because we were not told to bring one and they would not test him there. As the nurse opened the door to tell us (everything we already overheard) Dr. Aseron very dramatically told her to "be careful." The nurse was kind and made sure we were refunded our payment, but we will NEVER see Dr. Aseron again who made us feel like unclean plague spreaders even though we had followed all CDC rules and he was negative.

Love her. I have never been to a doctor who really cares about their patients like she does. After my late husband became totally dependent on me, my nerves got really bad. I went to see Dr. Aseron and I couldn't stop crying. She put her arms around me and talked to me in a very sympathetic voice until I stopped crying. She cares, really cares.

My mother went to Dr.Aseron and that is when I got to know Dr.Aseron.I was so impressed with her bed side manner and how she treated my Mom. My husband and I both go to see her and are very pleased with her and her staff is awesome.I cannot say enough good things about the staff there. They are always eager to help and that goes a long way in choosing a Dr.The staff is very important in your every day treatment.
