I had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Bailey specifically to get authorization for a drug to protect my kidneys. It's $793 and not covered by Blue Shield. Staff told her , They called the insurance and was told it didn't need prior authorization. It does. 2 and a half months later I finally filled the prescription after filing a grievance to Blue Shield. Blue Shield called and talked to a staff member. It needs prior authorization, I called. It needs prior authorization, appointment it needs prior authorization... NOT ACCEPTABLE Staff behavior. I have since had to find another physician to treat my symptoms and illness. What a pity. I like the doctor but I cannot tolerate the staff any longer. This should have been authorized as soon as the endocrinologist ordered it.

No live person picks up the phone here Just an automated answering system that places you on eternal hold . I was on hold 15, sometimes. 30 minutes, having to call back and the same thing over again. No option to leave a message with the doctor or PA or medical assistant. Just a nonstop recording. Nobody replies to my messages on the Mychart system either. On top of that, she pawned me off to her PA. I’ve called on various occasions and different hours, still no answer. So frustrating

Dr Bailey has been my main doctor for five years, and I can't recommend her enough. As a patient, I am very demanding having worked for several years in the Field of Medicine. She is always very knowledgeable and truly shows me that she cares about my health and wellness. I also have high regard for her support staff.

I have not had a Physician in years and during COVID-19 I had some issues that needed to be addressed. Having just moved to Temecula I tried telecoc first and felt I was not being listed to. I decided to contact a local doc and since it’s Covid, a phone appointment was required first. My appointment went very well with Dr. Bailey. I told her where the issue began, what we have tried at home and what has not worked. She listened the whole time, asked some clarification questions and came up with a plan that started where I left off instead of making me repeat things. She responded calmly and informatively and I felt like she cared. Being a new patient and not being able to see the doc on the first appointment I expected a much less personal experience. Office staff is also very patient and worked with me to find answers I wasn’t sure of and I never felt as though I was wasting someone’s time which I feel is more common than not these days. It was refreshing and I thank them 100 times +.

Dr. Bailey is a caring, good listener and prescribes various tests and procedures to identify my health issues and challenges.

Dr Bailey is extremely caring. She listens to you. She has an excellent bedside manor. My Dr. for life!

She has been my primary for 18 yrs. No reason to change. I trust her completely with my health and well being.

Visit was perfect ?? she is a joy to be around and is like a sister ! She lites up the room when she walks in! I gained twenty pounds from last visit but she still said I was doing good. Who in the heck says that? A sweet caring doctor named Dr.Bailey that’s who!! Just wait till next year , the twenty pounds will be off??

When you are actually able to see her she is good. The problem is she is always booked and you end up with another doctor who doesn't know you or your case, or are directed to urgent care instead. The nurse practitioner is pretty rude too. Doctor is really slow in completing important medical forms for disability and work leave. Ended up getting terminated from job because she took over a month to send in forms and never sent any after repeated attempts with the office to send in the forms.

Dr. Bailey and her staff are non responsive and don't return calls in a timely manner. For instance, I had surgery last month and had to have pre op tests done. They same day of my pre op tests my surgeons office called and said I need to start antibiotics ASAP. which I did, I had the surgery 3 days later and was in the hospital for a week, was home 2 weeks and her office called me to tell me to come in right away I need antibiotics. Had I have waited for them I could be dead.
