She was extremely clear, very good at explaining my condition and treatments. She explained the importance and risks of certain aspects of my disease. She answered questions clearly. She was patient and kind. I wish all my doctors were exactly like her.

RUDE! I had a horrible experience. Dr. Ciorlian was filling in for my regular endocrinologist. She wasted so much time asking me questions that she had access to and questions that there was no way I would be able to answer since I'm not a doctor. I had to ask her 5 times what my new dosage was before she shared a plan with me. Horrible doctor. Stay far away!

Doctor Ciorlian is a very thorough and dedicated physician. I started going to her about 6 months ago and in that time she has lowered my A1c from a high 9 to just over seven. We are still experimenting with dosages of Medicine but it all seems to finally be going in the right direction. She's a very personable doctor, staff is great, office environment very welcoming. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who's been having problems getting their sugar under control.

I started seeing Dr. Ciorlian in July, 2019. After a triple bypass and breast cancer my sugar was over 300 and my prior doctor wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. After one visit with Dr. Ciorlian my A1C went from 10.1 to 9.5 and is now 8.1 and still decreasing. Dr. Ciorlian is very compassionate and very thorough, I can’t remember the last time I had a doctor who really cared and focused on me the way she does. Dr. Ciorlian hears me when I speak and she truly CARES. She is AMAZING!

Waited 2 1/2 months for appointment with Dr. Ciorlian after my previous doctor left the practice. Wait time at Montvale location was fine >10 mins. However, appointment took almost an hour! Dr. Ciorlian asked a lot of questions, to which she should have had access to as I have been a patient at this is practice for 7 years. Seems like a total waste of time, but a great way to bill a patient for an "established visit". She was a bit rude and condescending too. I will not be going back.

Waited for months for an appointment. Was seen close to scheduled time. She was very thorough in reviewing my medical history but was rude, and very condescending. When I mispronounced a medication I was taking, she almost laughed and corrected me!! Staff is equally rude. Waited over a week for lab results and when I called to follow up, was cut off by staff. They even hung up on me when I tried to say I've waiting long enough for results and would appreciate a call back.

Dr. Ciorlian truly took her time examining me. First doctor in all of my years who noticed that I had green eyes. She was that thorough! She explained my condition and options clearly. Additionally, Dr. Ciorlian knew the best person to send me to for my surgery...so important to have good referrals!
