She’s amazing! You will never find another one like her and that actually cares about her patients.

Had a Telehealth session with Dr. Dyer. She was very thorough and responsive toward meeting my health needs. She also followed up with a query asking if the visit was satisfactory. She also invited me to stay in touch to keep her up to date on how I was progressing. All positive engagement. If I participate in Telehealth again, Dr. Dyer will be a consultative physician I will look for.

Dr. Crystal Dyer was assigned a virtual visit with myself on 6/30/2023 10:00am thru Sydney healthcare. Dr Dyer started our visit at 10:07 asked how she could help, I replied immediately with 3 needs including 1 or a prescription refill, she responded with another question, that I immediately answered. After that there was no reply for over 20 minutes, at which time I enquired if she was still present at our visit. A moment later I was disconnected from chat with Dr. Dyer and forced to have to reschedule (presented in the same chat window) without any notification that she was leaving or had even left the chat, no goodbye offered. No communication was offered to resolve any of my medical needs. I would avoid virtual visits with this physician unless this is an acceptable medical practice to you.

I recently needed to get my blood pressure meds filled and had no refills left.. My PcP Dr didn't have an opening for an appointment till over a month later and my blood pressure was extremely high causing me to struggle to breath from excessive fluid. Dr Dyer saw me right away when I requested a visit online and it was in the middle of the night. She prescribed my necessary meds and I had them waiting for me to pick up at my area Walgreens the following morning bright and early. She was very thorough as well as having a great bedside manner. I wish she were local to my area so I could see her all the time.
