Dr. Crystal Jacovino, DO

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacovino's for over 5 years. Her professionalism and demeanor are exactly what you want and would expect. Dr. Jacovino has always made me feel like I am her only patient and desires the very best care for me now and every time that I see her. I HIGHLY recommend her and her staff if you are considering a physician at this time.

Very unhappy with this doctor! I have a complex endocrine problem that she is unable to diagnose or at least refer me on for further testing or evaluation. She incorrectly wrote out a prescription to cut a liquid gel capsule in half which obviously you can't do! Her choice of words also inappropriate.....I was told by her, "this is going to suck, but there is a lot of muddy water". Incorrectly upped my dosage of medication to quickly and it was her nurse that caught it. Ugggh!!

I was very satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Jacovino. Both her staff and her were very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I found it very interesting listening to the the teaching process as she instructed her students that assisted her with my procedure. I felt that I received excellent care and could tell that Dr. Jacovino is an outstanding doctor.

I've had one meeting with Dr. Jacovino and was very favorably impressed. Her listening skills, quality of questions asked, and overall personality were first rate. She was completely unhurried in her approach to interviewing and examining a new patient. She is all business but still shows a sense of humor when appropriate. All in all a gem that I hope to see for many years to come.

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. JACOVINO . She was very thorough with her exam & made sure I understood everything about my medications & upcoming tests. As a diabetic & cancer survivor I was very grateful for her caring & warmth. I would highly recommend Dr. JACOVINO . Her nurses & office staff were kind & respectful also.

Dr Jacovino has to be THE most uncaring, unprofessional Doctor I have EVER been too! My first visit, I waited 35 minutes for her to come in the room. My A1c was extremely high, 6 months later, no call from them regarding my well being, I made an appointment. I sat in the room waiting for and hour and 20+ minutes, she never came in! Only 1 staff member came in (after an hour of waiting) to tell me there was one patient ahead of me 40 mins later...NO SHOW. I LEFT!! Completely unprofessional!!!!!
