Professional and friendly staff, I actually enjoyed my first visit and I felt cared for as a patient. Dr. Lee was very meticulous and a good listener. I’m glad that I’ve finally found a good doctor.

Not worth the drive or headache. The office staff needs to pay attention to details, focus, and write important patient information such as pharmacy preference down as well as put in the patients file , etc. So not interested in this Doctor, office, or Humana.

On Friday, After completing the initial appointment medical history book, i.e. forms, I wrote down the correct pharmacy. Then the M.A. asked what pharmacy, I told her and offered the info. They still sent it to the wrong pharmacy, contacted Dr. Lee, on Saturday, not interested and cannot help until Monday. Here it is Thursday and I spoke to them on Tuesday and the prescriptions are still at the wrong pharmacy. Now I am being told it will take another 48-72 hours to simply fax my prescriptions.

Upon arrival to my appt. the young lady at the window was very polite. My appt. was scheduled for 1p. and I was called to my room at 12:50. My vitals were taken and DR. Lee came in and we spent a great deal of time together. She was genuinely concerned about my well being. I didn't feel rushed and she was very personable. I highly recommend her. Everything was organized and clean.

Dr. Lee and the staff were all excellent, attentive and super friendly! Very impressed! They called me with a cancellation promised and able to moved up my needed appointment!

Dr. Lee-Billing was fine for a routine check-up and follow-up appointment. However, her practice is terribly run. Takes weeks to get them to do pre-approval with insurance, rarely answer the phone when called, and say it takes 3-4 days to "process" an rx refill request. Just infuriating to work with. I hate to do this because she is a perfectly adequate doctor, but she's not worth dealing with her incompetent practice.
