Doesn't listen to the patient
'Please do not waste your time or money with this Dr - I wish I could post the picture of my ear and this Dr advised me there was nothing wrong - even told me to stop crying because he has no shoulder for me and no empathy - He implied I'm lying about the pain - or trying to fake the pain - for WHAT???? I haven't been able to wear my hearing aids since December of 2023 - it's now March 2024 and my ears STILL show signs of infection and he told me YOU BE FINE - NO FOLLOWUP - DON'T COME BACK - So the re-assessment of my hearing?? - oh you're not doing that anymore? why? if the infection is cleared wasn't that our next step??? I've wasted over $700 with this guy and I'm still in pain and have to now find another Dr to help me actually resolve the issue and get me back to wearing my hearing aids!!!'
