Dr. Curt Watkins, MD

I was seen by Doctor Watkins to rule out a particular allergen. He told me I didn't have any allergies, but was prepared to humor me nevertheless. He didn't listen to anything I had to say, and so didn't consider any of my symptoms. He was clearly completely unaware of my medical history and existing diagnoses. When I brought up the fact that I have an autoimmune disorder he balked and claimed he knew nothing about these things. He's an immunologist. Of course he knows about these things. After what felt like a set-up with the morning's hashed testing, he told me I should see a psychiatrist. That all my symptoms were imagined, effectively, and that I was having a panic attack, despite my vitals being completely normal and my being completely relaxed and calm. I felt like I was being treated by a Quack from the 1800s. I found my treatment to be extremely unprofessional, lacking in scientific rigor and credibility. Dr. Watkins was medically negligent and incompetent in my opinion.

waited 7 months for an appointment with dr watkins only to learn 4 days prior i was scheduled with cnrp. nothing against them just wasn't told and waited 7 months to be seen by the DR.i cancelled my appointment and was never seen nor received call back from the patient scheduler after leaving a message.

I think he is the best. Very caring and does not hurry you along/

I have been to this practice twice in the last few months and have had great experiences both times. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Both Abby Allen, the NP and Dr. Watkins were exceptional in their care. They listened to my problems and developed a plan to help me. I am not often impressed in healthcare anymore but I am impressed with this practice. They truly care about patients.

Dr. Curt Watkins is a knowledgeable and caring physician, concerned for the well-being of his patients. Dr. Watkins and his staff are extremely responsive to patient needs. I would highly recommend him.
