Won't be back
For a pediatric office, you should have doctors that make children feel warm & welcome and who have a strong and patient bedside manner. Many achieve these flawlessly - some don't. It's not present here. Nothing about this appointment was pleasant and quite simply, we won't be back. Rude, abrupt, and just not pleasant.

Very long wait and no apologetic
We saw Dr Alley last year and believe me I will never bring my daughter back here again. We waited 2 hours to see the doctor and she wasn’t even sorry. She had a lot of attitude and basically said she had to make schedule changes and that’s why the wait was that long. I wouldn’t have minded if she was a kinder person, but there are plenty of good eye doctors out there who also provide compassionate care. She lost my business that day

Extremely Grateful
I had been suffering with a lazy eye for over five years. It was gradually getting worse. A doctor at Wills Eye Hospital told me I was not a candidate for surgery and prescribed prism glasses for driving. When I saw Dr Casado for a regular eye exam, she recommended that I see Dr Alley. Dr Alley was very confident that she could improve my vision with surgery. I had the surgery a few weeks later and had amazing results. My double vision was gone immediately after surgery. I had very little discomfort, and was back to wearing contact lenses in two weeks. I am extremely grateful that I can see well again. Dr. Alley literally changed my life.

not patient, wrong presciption
I rarely said bad things against others, but I want to share my bad experience and hopefully this will help others in the future. Last month I brought my son to check his vision at Dr Alley's office on July 14, 2022 at 8:20am. My son's eyes were sensitive and the nurse was not patient at all. The prescription was way far off, and my son felt not comfortable with his new glasses. Today we went to see another eye doctor and got a new prescription. In addition, for insurance, the front desk took my vision plan at first, but after the visit, she told me they didn't accept vision plan and asked me to use my medical insurance and the billing code was also not reasonable based on the other professional.

Everyone was very nice from the front desk to both technicians. Dr. Alley and Dr. Casado are outstanding physicians and are very thorough. Very happy with my visit.

I brought my daughter to see her. She was dismissive when I expressed concerns and from her attitude, all I could think is that she wanted to do additional tests so she could charge for them. She talked down to me and said everything was standard. I get that. But explain to me why my child has to have something. Taking my child to an ophthalmologist is not standard to me and I don’t appreciate her dismissive bedside manner - not what I expected when I scheduled with a pediatric provider.

Dr. Alley solved a problem with my eyes that I have had for 55 years. Every doctor I went to in my life said it could not be fixed. They were wrong. Dr. Alley did what no one else could and she changed my life. I will forever be grateful for her gift.

Very aggressive if you have to reschedule an appointment. They treat you as if you are being negligent to your child’s care.
