Dr. Cynthia Blair Chambless, MD

I have gone to Dr. Blair Chambless for a long time and NEVER had an issue - she is GREAT as are her staff - Her daughter Rebecca is great as well and very kind!

Very short waiting time. Office very friendly

They told me that I was "discharged" as a patient, as if I worked for them or something, due to a missed appointment. I asked them why they hadn't given me any warning before "discharging" me and they said that it was in the initial paperwork I had signed with them. The lady that answers the phone is completely incompetent and couldn't verbalize basic thoughts and had no interest in advocating for what was right in this situation. The physical environment of the office, the staff and the professionalism overall is mediocre at best so they seem to draw people in with the weight loss portion of their business then upsell you once you’re there. The “doctor” doesn’t need the business and her attitude and lack of business acumen reflects it. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I use to say a 5! BUT after getting a letter after 28 years of care that just stated, "This letter is to inform you that I will no longer be able to provide your medical care", without any explanation was a little too much to handle. Then when I called to see why, it was because I owed $11.82 from February. I had an appointment in Aug and it would have been paid then. I always showed up and I pay my bills. This one slipped and I guess the $12 dollars meant more to Dr. Chambless than I did

Dr. Chambless has always listened to my concerns patiently. She has suggested answers or referred me to specialists as needed. She is a very kind doctor and lady!

Dr Chambless has been my healthcare professional for over 20yrs. She &her entire staff are consistently professional and respectful. I hear people talk about other Dr's in the field & how terrible they were treated & how rude & unempathetic they are; these comments make me so much more appreciative & grateful at each appointment. The reason I do not recommend her more than I do is because I am SELFISH. I want the level of care, ease of scheduling, & all I have grown to expect to continue. Thanks

Dr. Chambless always has the time (or so it seems) to listen to my concerns. She has the experience to listen and suggest. She also is aware of specialists in town for further study into problems.

After ten years I went to this doctor to pick up medicines that they asked me to pick up. They came back to me with a letter and I quote: Dear Pam, This letter is to inform you that I will no longer be able to provide your medical care. Thanks C Chambless No explanation nothing! I would never recommend this person to anyone!
