Doesn’t even deserve one star I was here many years ago and was unhappy with them .. then today I took my elderly very hard of hearing mother there and AGAIN the receptionist was very rude to her. I told her she was rude , she dug her heels in and argued with me! Here’s a clue.. do not be rude to someone’s mother because you’re not going to get away with it. I will find my mom another podiatrist

I went to Dr. Ferrelli for plantar fasciitis pain. She took x-rays and showed me what horrible shape my feet were in. 3 months in and I can say my feet haven't felt this good since I was a teenager. She listened, she explained - she is very patient and very caring.

Dr. Ferrelli has consistently provided me with outstanding medical advice and services over the years that has been consistently up and above my expectations. She is caring and thoughtful and I appreciate her methodical approach. She listens and then conducts a thorough examination and subsequently describes the medical issue and offers treatment options to provide a full understanding of the nature and complexity of the medical situation, albeit in layman’s terms and then presents her recommendation. She has operated on me throughout the years and her most recent simple treatment plan provided me with near immediate pain relief. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

For ten years I have visited Dr. Ferrelli for emergencies, surgery, and follow up consultation. Dr. Ferrelli and her excellent staff have provided friendly, courteous and most of all, professional service on every occasion. My fears regarding surgery were addressed by the calming effect of Dr. Ferrelli's understanding of my concerns, her in-depth explanation of the process, and the professionalism she displayed regarding the procedure. I would recommend this doctor to anyone in search of a highly knowledgeable, caring health care professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ferrelli for several years and find her to be an ideal problem solver. I recently experienced extreme pain in my left foot and she quickly identified the cause and recommended a simple plan of correction. It has worked beautifully and I couldn’t be more pleased. My first time there. She was wonderful! Very personable, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and skillful. Cannot believe she is 57 - I guessed 40! Almost no waiting and she took a lot of time with me.

Dr. Ferrelli is everything that you would want in a doctor. Not only is she very friendly and thoughtful, she's also very approachable, easy to talk to, and is down to earth. Most importantly she really knows feet! She will explain your problem accurately and in a way that a layperson can understand. I went to her for some recurring foot pain that I had seen a different podiatrist for years ago. That doctor took x-rays but did not explain what he saw in the x-rays whatsoever. He simply proceeded to 'sell' me some custom inserts by telling me if I didn't get them I'd need surgery eventually. Dr. Ferrelli instead actually showed me my x-rays, explained what my issues were, and told me several options I had for inserts, without 'pushing' the custom made ones. Her office staff is also wonderful. A special shout-out to Diane who is AWESOME. I love the lady at the front desk (sorry not sure of her name), too. She has such a twinkle in her eye which really perks up your day!

I have always Been treated in a very Proffesional manner. My symptoms have been addressed and thoroughly explained to my understanding. The staff and office procedure runs smoothly and efficiently, and the wait time is minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferrelli based on both her medical expertise and office staff. I was very happy with my last visit with Dr. Ferrelli. She took the time to answer all of my concerns, and was very helpful with helping me understand my condition. She even offered up some helpful internet website suggestions that have been great. I highly recommend Dr. Ferrelli for foot ailments.

I felt very at ease after meeting Dr.Ferrelli for the first time. She took away the pain I was having and gave me great instructions to stay pain free. If need be I'd go to her for care in the future.

I forgot my appointment. When I remembered I called and asked if I missed it and was told you no called and no showed so she won't reschedule. Just a question. How would I call or show if I didn't remember. Sounds like she is her way or the highway. Go the other way!

My experience with Doctor Ferrelli on my recent surgery was very good! Her friendly staff, office cleanliness and organized paperwork all added to the experience. She was very helpful with my concerns and I felt very relaxed having her do my surgery. I highly recommend this office, and plan on coming back in years to come as my feet age and problems may arise. My impression was the doctor was very busy and had only so much time before she moved on. Minimal explanation in regard to my concerns- no real diganosis and seemed to leave most of the information with her nurse. I was underwhelmed and went to someone else. It was like night and day- wish I’d gone to that MD in the first place!

Said goodbye to calf pain, cramping toes, and back pain with my custom orthotics. Thanks to Dr. Ferrelli, who showed genuine concern for my aged aching foot, I am much more comfortable . No need for a bar of soap in the bed or ibuprofen for a good night's sleep!
